In 1996, 583 people were arrested.
In 1997, 572 people were arrested.
In 1998, 520 people were arrested.
In 1999, 495 people were arrested.
In 2000, 579 people were arrested.
In 2001, 605 people were arrested.
In 2002, 634 people were arrested.
In 2003, 659 people were arrested.
In 2004, 691 people were arrested.
In 2005, 736 people were arrested.
In 2006, 651 people were arrested.

2) What i have learned from the second table was that, as the years go on more people drink and drive and get arrested. I think Alcohol is getting more popular and people go to parties, bars and get drunk, but then they just drive home thinking it is fine, and they get arrested. Also there are many cops aware of this drinking and driving so they stop a lot of cars at night to see if they have been drinking.

3) I think one problem that teens drink before there 16, is because they try to act cool in front of there friends, or there friends pressure them into doing it. Another problem could be that, it depends on what your parent is like. Some parents are like no your not having a beer till your 21, and other parents are like ya go ahead you can have as much beer as you want. When my parents go to Weddings or some type of party, they always say OK ill let you drink at the party and i wont. So if my mom well say, gets drunk then my dad is sober and can drive home. So he would be the designated driver.
