Last Blog

1) Think about who you were in September and who you are now. What are some ways in which you have changed and grown over the course of the year? In the beginning of the year i was only 4'10" and now at the end of the year i am 5'0". In the beginning of the year i weighed 78 pounds and now at the end of the year i weigh 90 pounds. I think i have become more outgoing and just trying to have a great time in High School.

2) What was your least favorite topic of study this year in English class? Why did you dislike it? Animal Farm was the most boring book i have ever read. I did not care about reading it anymore half way through the book. I really could careless by animals owning and running there own farm.

3) What was your most challenging topic of study this year in English class? How did you rise to the occasion? Romeo and Juliet was the most challenging book to read cause there was a lot going on. The language was quit hard to understand but i got through it. It was a challenging book but i was proud of myself because i got through it and understood it at the end.

4) What was your most favorite topic of study this year in English class? What did it make you think about? My most favorite study this year was The Outsiders. The Outsiders was so much fun to read. I read it in 8th grade too, but it is just such a great book to read, and the movie is amazing as well.

5) If you could give the upcoming freshman class one piece of advice about freshman year, what would it be? I would have to say to definitely do sports. If they play sports in High School then there Freshman year will be so much better, and it will go a lot faster. I definitely enjoyed my freshman year and i really cant wait to come back next year and be a sophomore.
